Serving Christ

Serving Our Husband
“Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, His body, of which He is the Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.” -Ephesians 5:22-24
This study comes from the actual founders of my church. They wrote this book to show married couples how they can become closer and have a more intimate relationship. I have already read it once and LOVED it, which is why I chose this to be the first book we go through. I encourage couples to do this together. This book is broken up nicely between husbands and wives. Every Wednesday I will update reflection questions from that week’s reading. There will be a comments section below where you can engage and share your answers to the reflection questions so we can engage together.

Serving Our Children

Over the next few weeks, I encourage moms of faith to join me as we go through Heidi St. John’s book Becoming Momstrong. I have already read this book and new it was the perfect first parenting book we could read as a community.
Every Monday I will post reflective questions from that week’s reading. There will be a comments box where you can answer reflective questions, and we can engage together. Note, I will be posting all the study questions from the book so don’t feel obligated to purchase the study.
